OVERVIEW
This website is operated by HDB Moto. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to HDB Moto. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Your content may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks.
SECTION 3 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
All HDB Moto gear is made-to-order/print-on-demand. This means:

No inventory: Items are created after you order. Expect 3-7 business days production + 3-5 business days shipping.

Colors: We have made every effort to display colors accurately, but we cannot guarantee your monitor display is accurate.

Sizing: Review our size chart before ordering. We follow manufacturer specs for all blanks.

Design changes: We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
All sales are final. Returns or exchanges are accepted only if an item arrives damaged or defective. Photos must be submitted within 72 hours of receipt to sales@hdbmoto.com.
SECTION 4 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
SECTION 5 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools which we neither monitor nor have control over.
SECTION 6 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Certain content and products available via our Service may include materials from third-parties.
SECTION 7 - USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK
If you send creative ideas, suggestions, or materials, we may use them without restriction or compensation to you.
SECTION 8 - PERSONAL INFORMATION

SECTION 9 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES
Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and cancel orders if necessary.

All designs, logos, and content including "HDB Moto", "Dr. Ruf Wupz", and the Inferno artwork are the exclusive property of HDB Moto. You may not reproduce, copy, or resell any portion without written permission.
SECTION 12 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
We do not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
SECTION 13 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
HDB Moto shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or site.
SECTION 14 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold HDB Moto harmless from any claim or demand made by any third-party due to your breach of these Terms.
SECTION 15 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maine.
SECTION 16 - CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.

SECTION 18 - ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase before production begins. Email sales@hdbmoto.com immediately with your order number. Once production has started, cancellation is not possible.
