OVERVIEW
This website is operated by HDB Moto. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to HDB Moto. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

All HDB Moto gear is made-to-order/print-on-demand. This means:
1. No inventory: Items are created after you order. Expect 5-10 business days for production + shipping.
2. Colors: We have made every effort to display colors accurately, but we cannot guarantee your monitor display is accurate.
3. Sizing: Review our size chart before ordering. We follow manufacturer specs for all blanks.
4. Design changes: We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, or information purchased by you will meet your expectations, but we back everything with our 30-Day Stoked Guarantee.
SECTION 4 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
SECTION 5 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools which we neither monitor nor have control over.
SECTION 6 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Certain content and products available via our Service may include materials from third-parties.

We do not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

HDB Moto LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or site.
SECTION 14 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold HDB Moto LLC harmless from any claim or demand made by any third-party due to your breach of these Terms.
