HDB Moto Shipping Policy

Made-To-Order Production

All HDB Moto Gear is made-to-order just for you! We don't carry inventory — this lets us drop fresh art without waste.

Processing Time

Orders take 3-7 business days to produce before shipping. You'll get a tracking email as soon as your order leaves our print partner's facility.

Total Timeline: Most US orders arrive in 6-14 business days from purchase. Maine/Northeast orders often arrive faster.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Rates + times calculated at checkout. International orders may take 10-20 business days and may incur customs fees. HDB Moto is not responsible for duties/taxes.

Order Tracking

Tracking info is sent to your email when your order ships. If you don't see it, check your spam or email support@hdbmoto.com with your order #.

Address Changes

Because items are made immediately, we cannot change addresses after an order is placed. Double check your shipping info at checkout.

Lost/Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you didn't get it, or if it arrives damaged, email us within 72 hours at support@hdbmoto.com with photos. We'll make it right.  

Holiday Delays

November-December production times may extend 3-7 business days due to volume. Order early for holiday gifts.
